Due to the continued rise in COVID-19 cases throughout our region and in our community, DHI will continue to remain on Essential Personnel status only until further notice, at which time a decision based on the latest recommendations from the CDC, our local Public Health office and the Governor of North Dakota will be made.The no visitation policy will remain as is as well. Please do everything you can to reduce the spread of this virus.
DHI is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for People we support, employees, vendors, outside guest and guardians. We are closely monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 Coronavirus outbreak according the guidelines and recommendations of the North Dakota Department of Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We want to share the actions we are taking to help protect anyone who engages with DHI. Our Leadership Team is meeting daily to discuss and monitor the situation.
DHI has decided to embrace social distancing as a method of ensuring the health and safety of our community. For all social activities, nonessential meetings, and group meetings, we are asking that teleconferencing be utilized, as much as possible. We will continue to assess the situation and keep you informed of any revisions.
DHI will continue to operate and advises our employees and volunteers to follow guidance provided by the CDC regarding hygiene and travel. We are frequently cleaning and sanitizing all of our work sites.
